Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kowe99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All displayed balances, bonus amounts, and bet limits are expressed in IDR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Processing times for other methods may vary. kowe99 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kowe99 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. kowe99 targets the following indicative processing times, which are estimates and not guarantees:
VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing. kowe99 reserves the right to extend processing times for security reviews, large withdrawal amounts, or incomplete KYC documentation.
You may only withdraw funds that have been deposited by you and cleared through our security checks, or winnings generated through genuine gameplay. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied. kowe99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your own name.
kowe99 is committed to preventing financial crime. We comply with internationally recognized Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and reserve the right to delay, withhold, or report any Transaction we reasonably believe may constitute money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kowe99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are published clearly within each promotion's terms. kowe99 shall not credit or honor bonuses where system errors, technical glitches, or third-party interference led to an erroneous bonus award.
Wagering contributions toward bonus rollover requirements vary by game category. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer table games, sports bets, and specialty games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all, as specified in individual promotion terms. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and specialty products may carry separate wagering contribution rates.
kowe99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if we reasonably suspect abuse, bonus manipulation, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that violates the spirit of a promotion. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The kowe99 VIP Loyalty Program operates independently from standard promotional bonuses. VIP tier membership, cashback rates, and associated benefits are governed by the VIP Program Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. kowe99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Program at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to affected members.

This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written authorization from kowe99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kowe99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
kowe99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kowe99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kowe99 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
kowe99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.
kowe99 employs industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide your personal data at your own risk.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting kowe99 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds and close your Account within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination for breach, kowe99 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud is established, any Balance held in the Account. Legitimate real-money funds deposited in good faith and not subject to a pending investigation will be returned via the original deposit method.
